Any product purchased from the Rabeeya Bukhari e-store cannot be exchanged or returned under normal circumstances. However, in the event of receiving a faulty, damaged, or incomplete ready-to-wear item, you may contact our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our team will assist you with an Online Store Credit option or initiate a refund process once the item is returned to our warehouse and inspected by our Quality Assurance team. Refunds, upon approval, will be processed within 21 working days. Please note that no requests will be entertained after 24 hours from receipt of the order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Order cancellation is only possible within 24 hours of purchase, subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the paid amount. The remaining amount will be credited back to the original method of payment. No refunds are offered after the 24-hour window.

ONLINE STORE CREDIT

Online Store Credit, generated by our customer care team, can be used to purchase items of equivalent value from the e-store, excluding shipping costs. The credit is valid for 30 days from its issuance.
